Alcazaba of Malaga (Calle Alcazabilla 2, Malaga) – this is a palatial fortification located in Malaga, which overlooks that city from a hilltop. It is one of two Moorish fortresses in Malaga (the other one being the Castillo de Gibralfaro). The Alcazaba is perhaps the best-preserved Moorish fortress in Spain. Admission: €2.20 (€3.55 for combined entry with Gibralfaro). Hours: 8:30 am – 7:00 pm (Nov.-March), 9:30 am – 8:00 pm (April-Oct.).
